“Before contracting with you I toured 6 other manufacturing plants and talked at length with dealers. In each case there were major gaps in the process of going from concept to completion.

With you, at each step from selecting a plan and options to all the myriad details of site work you had it professionally covered. Your subcontractor team worked together closely to get my walk-out basement built and the house completed. Dennis is the best carpenter I've run into in over 30 years in construction and my front deck and interior basement stairs are works of art. It was only after I'd contracted with you and my house was on the line that I visited the factory in Albuquerque. It was producing higher quality houses faster than any other plant I toured and no wonder, Warren Buffet owns the company. After the house was set I went around with a set of factory prints and every detail was exactly as designed, which is almost unheard of.

I am probably an atypical client because I have stick-built homes in San Diego and Tucson, had a General Contractor's license in Arizona and worked for over 30 years as an estimator and project manager in commercial and residential construction. Being a numbers guy I watched the budget like a hawk with spreadsheets, and when the dust settled we were about ½% under budget, despite some minor changes and additions.

In summary, I recommend Mark and Al of Western Trails Homes above all others and if I built another home I would talk only to them!
